Who to Vote for on Maroc Web Awards

Penang, Malaysia - The Maroc Web Awards competition has started! It is time to select some of the most inspiring Moroccan people who deserve our recognition and appreciation.

For those who have never heard of Maroc Web Awards, it is a huge online competition that includes major people of influencers, entrepreneurs, opinion leaders, journalists, and others, all competing in different categories such as blogging, Youtube, FaceBook pages, etc…

Without further ado, let me introduce the list of my favorite participants. They all share the same passion, they all chose different paths, but there is one thing that connects them all. They are Morocco’s travel bloggers.

Omar is living the dream of so many students. He balances his studies and doing what he loves doing the most: traveling! A handsome, 22-year-old studying in London, Omar has already visited more than 26 countries around the world. He shares the best tips and spots of the places he visits through his informative vlogs and blogs.

He is always in a city near you. It Sound a bit creepy? If so, he is the kind of creepy you want to vote for. Nominated for  Instagram, Video, Blogger, Online Article and Youtube.

Patrick and Khalid Khouna have gone for an unusual concept: they have left Morocco to literally experience the tastes of southeast Asia, and soon the rest of the world, by volunteering in every country they visit.

Khouna started his journey with as little as MAD 4000. Armed only with a passion for cuisine and his indispensable Marrakeshi accent, he embarked on his world tour with just one motto: “Traveling is really not that complicated.” Do you agree? If so, you should definitely vote and follow this webseries.

Jihad is a 20-year-old fellow traveller. She first inherited her wanderlust from her father, who would take her on long trips across Morocco and Europe. Her first solo trip was when she volunteered in Peru at the age of 18. She now lives in Paris studying business, but that is not stopping her from travelling whenever she gets the chance. Not only does she have a wonderful blog to share with us, she also has an unpublished novel and a short story. And remember, she is only twenty! Nominated forBlogger.

Seif, just like his blog name, followed a unique path when he decided to quit his job in Paris in 2014 and go on and adventure around the world.

They have been to India, Nepal, Thailand, the Philippines, Borneo, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, and are currently exploring South America.
